Please read these terms and conditions before accessing or using the site. In these terms and conditions the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to Hydrate2roll.
By entering and using this website, you as the visitor agree to not modifying, copying, downloading, redistributing or reselling any of the products on this website without prior written consent.
You agree that H2R has no responsibility or liability to you or any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic), regardless of cause, negligence or otherwise, which may be the direct or indirect result of any such information.
PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order for a H2R foam roller bottle you are to select and submit the product via this online website in accordance to our terms and conditions. The final price of the product will be confirmed at the checkout. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the price online and this will be added as you proceed to the checkout.
When entering personal information H2R does not take responsibility for any errors in details placed by the buyer. If you notice an error in your details after you have checked out you need to contact us at email@example.com
DISCRETION TO SELL
We may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by providing you with a full refund if we suspect you have provided false or incomplete personal information at the time of placing the order. Any mistruthful behaviour with your payment, such as payment by a credit card issued in a different country to the delivery address will lead to your order being cancelled confirmed with a customer receipt and full refund.
Returns are accepted within 14 working days of your original purchase.
Exchange and refund will not be accepted for used bottles, unless due to product manufacture fault. In the case of a refund Hydrate2roll will not process the refund until we have received the product and examined whether it is worthy of a refund.
Payment of refund will be processed the next business day after the bottle has been approved by the H2R examiner. Payments may take longer than one business day if the payment is processed on a weekend, long weekend or any public holidays.
H2R will cover the shipment costs for the return of the defected or damaged bottles.
Domestic shipping within Australia
$15 flat rate for all express orders within Australia in metropolitan areas. Shipping to take 1-2 days.
$ 10 flat rate for all standard orders within Australia in metropolitan areas. Shipping to take between 3-5 days.
We do not ship to PO boxes, If you do not have a street address please contact H2R at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will bet assist you.
Please note price may vary depending on amount ordered.
International shipping is possible to those countries which trade with Australia. We will determine if your country is eligible to trade with products from Australia.
We cannot provide a shipping fee until we have consulted with the appropriate courier and shipping fees will be calculated and communicated with you. International shipping fees will vary depending on the country you live, the mode of shipping you choose, the time of year you place your order and the size and number of bottles you order.
Use/ collection of personal information
Upon purchase of any H2R product your personal details are entered into our system or shared via email or social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook) will be kept private.
The personal information you provide us with is only used by H2R and will not be shared with any other company or individual without any consent.
Occasionally we may use personal information for competitions, promotions and sales of new products.
